Starting pay: $12.50 per hour plus commission. Responsibilities
Complete a required 5‑week manager‑training course with performance metrics. Hire, interview, and develop store staff. Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers. Meet self‑performance metrics and help employees reach theirs. Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales. Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements. Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance. Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years. At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Ability to effectively motivate others. Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance. Reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent. Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
