This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Installation Service Technician located in Raleigh, NC. The Installation Service Technician will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and mechanical systems. Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and maintain customer satisfaction
Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for refrigeration and mechanical systems
Proficiency in performing Field Service tasks, including installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols at all times
High school diploma or GED; technical certifications in HVAC or Refrigeration are a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites
