Description of Position Working within the NNU Center for Professional Development (CPD) and NNU Global, the CPD Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for responding to student and stakeholder inquiries and supporting student requests for information and help. The CPD Customer Service Coordinator also performs consistent office tasks and supports office projects.

This is a full-time, onsite position which reports to the Director.

Essential Functions

Respond to student inquiries via email and telephone, including student logins, discount codes, course questions, receipts, and payments

Process courses by entering them into Higher Reach

Place and monitor student book orders

Oversee course evaluations

Work with the CPD Operations Coordinator to process incoming payments

Prepare conference materials

Monitor, order, and dispense internal office supplies

Coordinate office events and celebrations

Support the CPD marketing team with customer insights and social media engagement

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma

Work under own initiative to facilitate effective and meaningful team efficiency

Strong organization skills and detail orientation

Time management skills: able to prioritize workload and projects and to adjust priorities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Work well within a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field

2+ years of general business experience

Compensation Salary determined by the educational background and experience of each applicant.
