We are looking for a full‑time (Mon‑Fri, 8‑5) Admissions Coordinator with experience in personal injury, who loves to transform lives through exceptional patient care. Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is an interventional pain management group focusing on comprehensive spine and joint care provider in the Southeast. The Coordinator will support patients across all aspects of personal injury claims.
Responsibilities
Adding personal injury and worker’s compensation new patients into the EMR system
Uploading referring provider and attorney information
Adding new patients into Sales Force
Calling and scheduling, rescheduling new patients involved in injury-related accidents (MVA, Workers Comp, Slip & Fall)
Sending attorney updates on clients' treatment and obtaining appointment approvals
Tracking patient appointment(s) approvals and pending status within eCW
Updating personal injury, liens, attorney and patient treatment status in internal logs
Sending and receiving signed lien forms from attorneys and patients
Answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience working within healthcare
Prior experience with PI strongly preferred
Prior experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
Seniority level Entry level
