Competitive Compensation – Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,010–$54,552 with an average 46 hour work week. Paid Time Off – Starting with 13 days off per year, plus 7 paid holidays and 1 paid volunteer day. Health, Dental, Vision insurance; Life Insurance; Prescription coverage. Learn business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. Establish community relationships essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Must have a bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a bachelor's to start the interview process. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas:
Sales Customer Service Leadership/Management
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years. No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Seniority level
