Who You Are As a Teller, you are our director of first impressions. You are the first point of contact for many of our customers, setting the standard for what it means to bank with us. Our tellers believe in trust, integrity, and building relationships, and they are empathetic problem‑solvers who genuinely care for people and consistently deliver the kind of banking experience that makes people want to stop by the bank and say hello.

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standards

Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures

Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions

Fill change order requests, wire transfers, and bankcard advances and exchange negotiable instruments

Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention

Utilize critical‑thinking skills and have a thirst for knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency

Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes

What You’ll Need

Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:45 am–6:15 pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45 am–1:15 pm

Additional Preferred Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Next‑level customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Cash‑handling experience
