This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Estimator, based in Friendswood, TX, with opportunities for remote work when appropriate. The Project Estimator will be responsible for completing job walks, analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with the construction, sales, and procurement teams. The individual will review project plans, evaluate materials and resources, and provide accurate budgeting and project estimation to optimize project execution.
Qualifications
Cost Management and Budgeting skills to ensure projects remain within financial scope
Expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to prepare precise and informed project cost evaluations
Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively
Proficiency in relevant construction estimation software is a plus
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience in the commercial construction and residential construction industry is advantageous
