Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to physicians/providers.
Greet and assist patients with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
Collect co‑pays, encounter forms, and any other appropriate fees.
Schedule follow‑up appointments as needed.
Accurately input outpatient orders into the Medical Center's Order Entry System.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with third‑party payers.
Working knowledge of ICD‑10 and HCPCS coding preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in a physician's office or a similar healthcare environment preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
