Position Overview A highly skilled and experienced Tier III IT Support Technician to join our team. This role serves as the top‑level escalation point for technical issues and is responsible for leading complex troubleshooting efforts, mentoring junior technicians, and driving infrastructure improvements.

Core Responsibilities

Act as the final escalation point for Tier I and Tier II support issues

Lead troubleshooting of complex system, server, and network problems

Provide advanced support for macOS, iOS, and Windows 11 devices

Oversee large‑scale hardware and software deployments

Manage enterprise print infrastructure and solutions

Mentor and train Tier I and Tier II technicians

Document advanced troubleshooting procedures and establish technical standards

Collaborate with clients and, when necessary, elevate support cases

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, including Tier II or equivalent advanced roles

Advanced administration of Windows 11 and Windows Server environments

Strong expertise in macOS and iOS device support

Experience with enterprise networking routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS

Skilled in hardware deployment and lifecycle management

In‑depth knowledge of print infrastructure and enterprise print‑management tools

Proven ability to lead escalations and work independently

Excellent communication skills with staff, executives, and vendors

Professional appearance and demeanor in client‑facing situations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ConnectWise (ticketing, RMM, documentation)

Advanced scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)

Experience with cloud migration and hybrid environment management

Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr
