In this hands‑on role, you’ll bring architectural visions to life—installing frameless showers, aluminum storefronts, and custom glass solutions for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:
Install frameless and semi‑frameless shower enclosures based on provided specifications
Installation of commercial glass and windows for various systems
Operation of man lifts and similar equipment
Fabricate and erect aluminum storefront systems from shop drawings
Cut and assemble glass and aluminum components with precision
Load and unload trucks; check deliveries and materials for accuracy
Maintain and operate construction tools and machinery safely
Navigate and read architectural drawings and installation instructions
Drive company trucks to job sites as needed
Represent the company with professionalism on job sites, both residential and commercial
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or glazing (glass/aluminum preferred)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong knowledge of glass handling, measurement, cutting, and installation techniques
Experience building doors, frames, and custom glass systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Own set of hand tools and battery‑powered tools (larger tools provided)
Comfortable working in diverse environments (residential homes, commercial sites)
Physically able to lift and move heavy materials
Must possess a valid PA driver’s license
