Day Order Selector - Entry Level Warehouse Company Overview Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas is the tenth largest foodservice distributor in the nation. We operate in a high‑intensity, high‑transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food‑away‑from‑home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers.
Responsibilities
Safely and accurately select cases in the dry, refrigerated, and freezer (0‑10°) sections of the warehouse using voice technology and an electric tugger.
Maintain a fast pace while meeting high standards of quality.
Qualifications
Entry level – no experience required – we will help you start and build a career.
Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus (e.g., package handler, order selector, manufacturing, construction).
Must have a valid state‑issued ID or driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Applicable candidates must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical.
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 am to finish.
Benefits
$1,000 sign‑on bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days)
Incentive‑based salary paid per case – no commission caps
