Job Summary

The Reset Team Associate supports companywide product resets, merchandising, and tagging across center store departments. Team members work closely with the corporate packaged goods merchandising team following approved plan‑ograms. This is a temporary project role requiring a minimum 1‑year commitment, with the possibility of extension.

Logistics

Cleveland based role with expected travel between stores, including Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

Reset, rotate, merchandise, and tag products using plan‑ogram guidelines. Ensure execution meets Heinen’s merchandising standards, shelf integrity, and QCSSS. Remove old inventory and prepare shelving (clean and assemble). Travel between store locations as needed. Communicate progress and timelines with project lead, corporate merchandising team, and vendors. Collaborate with leads and space planning analysts to resolve planogram discrepancies. Support other company projects (remodels, new store openings, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Interest in or experience with merchandising preferred. Understanding of merchandising standards, set integrity, and QCSSS. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with urgency and meet daily objectives. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Flexible work hours and occasional additional time as business needs require. Able to travel between store locations. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Occasionally exposed to hot or cold conditions.

Schedule

Schedule is typically 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.

Flexible work hours and evening or weekend hours may be required.

40 hours/week.
