Communicate with clients via phone, email, and SMS to ensure a positive experience.
Learn basics about Medicare and ancillary products to answer customer questions and explain coverage.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and phone call etiquette.
Organize and manage time effectively.
Work collaboratively as a team player.
Demonstrate high professionalism and ethical standards.

Maintain customer records by updating account information.
