Caregiver – On Call
Location:
Seymour, WI (15-20 minute drive from Green Bay and Appleton) The Caregiver assists older or disabled people who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and need 24‑hour oversight. The role involves assisting tenants with daily living activities, fostering independence and freedom of choice. We’re seeking excellent Caregivers to provide extraordinary care in our exceptional 28‑apartment Meadow Wood Assisted Living. All positions half‑time and greater are eligible for benefits such as paid time off, group health, dental, life, vision insurance, 403(b) retirement with company match, child‑care discount, fitness reimbursement, onsite wellness coach, yoga, massage, and more. Responsibilities
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide assistance with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, mobility devices, and ADL devices. Instrumental Activities of Daily Living: Assist with telephone, housekeeping tasks, laundry, transportation, mail delivery, and medication assistance. Health Maintenance and Monitoring Tasks: Observe and report changes, conduct room checks, monitor for safety hazards, record incidents, and document tenant events. Dining: Assist with meal preparation, serving, and table cleaning, encouraging independence. Activity Program: Participate in and support tenant‑centered activities. Emergency Preparedness: Respond appropriately in emergency or disaster situations. Facility Housekeeping and Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, clean common areas, replace light bulbs, garbage liners, batteries, etc. Qualifications
Trained or able to receive training for services you will provide. Capable of independent analysis and intervention in routine and emergency situations. Courteous and diplomatic in interactions with tenants and staff. Flexible and willing to work weekends and holiday activities. Pay
On‑call rate: $18.50/hour plus shift differentials. $1.00 for day shift differential. $4.00 for PM/NOC shift differential. Salary: $18.50 per hour. Location:
