Happy People Pizza is a franchise of Domino’s Pizza Inc. We are looking for an assistant manager/general manager who is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a leadership role. We have 56 locations across the US, offering many opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
• Manage daily operations, including cash handling, inventory, staffing and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety and corporate standards.
• Participate in community outreach programs and fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications
Must be over the age of 18.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must be available to work either Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
Driving History and Record Driving History
18‑year‑olds must provide proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation.
19‑year‑olds must provide proof of at least one year of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation.
A learner’s permit period may only be used to confirm driving history; we do not accept drivers who do not possess a valid license.
Driving Record
No more than two driving‑related violations in the two years immediately preceding the MVR.
No more than three driving‑related violations in the three years immediately preceding the MVR.
No more than one at‑fault accident in the three years preceding the MVR.
Violations that will disqualify a candidate include leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, any drug or alcohol related violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing and exhibition driving, and eluding an officer.
