We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits. Skills and Qualifications
Required
Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. Preferred
Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role. A business or otherwise related academic major. A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program. Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Benefits
