highly experienced Automotive Biller
to join our accounting team. This role is typically filled through long-term tenure and has become available only due to transition, making it a unique opportunity for the right professional.
This position is intended for an established automotive biller who values precision, discretion, and operating at the highest standards within a luxury dealership environment.
The Role The Automotive Biller is a critical position responsible for the accurate, compliant processing of all vehicle transactions. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting leadership to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-end billing of new and pre-owned vehicle transactions
Final review of deal jackets for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Manufacturer billing, incentives, and rebate processing
Title, DMV, and contract documentation oversight
Posting vehicle sales, commissions, and accounting entries
Managing contracts-in-transit and receivables
Ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz and state regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an automotive biller (luxury brand experience preferred)
Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures
Proficiency with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Professional, discreet, and confident in a high-expectation environment
Seeking a long-term, stable role rather than a short-term move
