Senior Maintenance Technician - Full-Time We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional with leadership experience to play a key role in maintaining and improving our regional Hertrich Family of Dealerships. This position provides an exciting opportunity to streamline processes, manage maintenance activities, and lead a talented team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities3>

Perform minor electrical maintenance (e.g., repairing equipment, replacing switches, outlets, ballasts, and light fixtures).

Handle minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets.

Complete carpentry repairs, such as door hardware replacement, wall patching, and painting.

Troubleshoot and perform minor HVAC maintenance (e.g., replacing filters, belts, thermostats, cleaning coils).

Monitor building conditions, equipment, and systems, ensuring proper maintenance and operation.

Assist and supervise vendors for specialized services such as fire protection systems, HVAC systems, lawn care, and snow removal.

Travel between dealership locations as needed (vehicle provided).

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

At least 3 years of building maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Solid working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Ability to work independently and supervise a team.

Physically capable of performing activities like lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, standing, and walking.

Valid driver's license with minimal violations/points.

Ability to travel between dealership locations (vehicle provided).
