Seasonal Sr. Customer Assistance Representative Enterprise Rent a Car

is seeking an experienced Customer Assistance Representative to join our The Villages location. The CAR Sr will provide high‑level customer service to internal and external customers, primarily face‑to‑face and over the phone, supporting branch and rental needs. This position is full‑time (seasonal, up to 120 days) and is available for both part‑time and full‑time schedules.

Monday 7:00am – 4:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday OFF

Monday 7:00am – 5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday OFF Saturday 8:00am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities

Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions—and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.

Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.

Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.

Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.

Provide directions and general assistance.

Assist in assessing the condition of a rental vehicle upon return.

Process returns, check‑ins, and exit kiosk transactions.

Effectively market the company while picking up and/or dropping off customers safely and courteously.

Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and additional services.

Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.

Notify Management of vehicle problems and required maintenance.

Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or using washing equipment when needed.

Perform administrative and basic accounting functions: research and billing support, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, report generation, and customer billing.

Perform miscellaneous duties and backup job responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.

Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.

No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Willing and able to stand and/or walk for long periods.

Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Willing to work at The Villages, FL location.

Willing to accept the pay rate of $18.10 / hr.

Willing to work full‑time and seasonally (up to 120 days).

Available to work assigned shift schedules.
