Hourly Range: $18.00 - $22.00

We are looking for Production Line Operators! The Production Line Operator is responsible for the day-to‑day duties in running equipment to produce quality product, safely and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Identify any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the “Zero and Beyond” safety goal/initiative.

Continuously monitor and maintain product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.

Perform setups in accordance with established procedure.

Loading/unloading equipment.

Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.

Maintain and log all information required supporting traceability and quality.

Participate in cross‑training activities.

Perform other duties as required or directed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.

Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.

Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Willing to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.

You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.

You must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.

You must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.

Opportunity to be trained and drive forklift if needed.

Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.
