Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Turner Pest Control is looking for a friendly, helpful, detail‑focused Customer Service Representative to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume inbound call center. The role involves providing excellent customer support and coordinating service, sales, and administrative teams.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring customers feel valued.
Assist with scheduling, service, billing, and other client information.
Log customer complaints, changes, and follow‑up on needs.
Coordinate complex cross‑department efforts between service, sales, management, and administration.
Who You Are
Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.
Experience in a high‑volume call center (preferred).
Two or more years of administrative or office experience.
Comfortable using MS Windows/Office and cloud‑based software.
Strong data‑entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
High attention to detail and a desire to get things right.
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and a high school diploma or equivalent.
