This is a full-time, on-site role in
Phoenix, AZ , perfect for a motivated individual who enjoys helping people and wants to start a career in a family-owned business. We will provide full training to help you succeed.
Your main tasks will include:
Greeting and assisting customers over the phone, via email, or in person.
Answering basic questions about tires and wheels in both
English
and
Spanish .
Helping customers with their orders and keeping simple records of your work.
Working with your team to make sure every customer leaves happy.

Bilingual Proficiency:
You can communicate clearly and professionally in both
Spanish and English .
A Positive Attitude:
You enjoy talking to people and helping solve problems.
Good Communication:
You can speak and write clearly in both languages.

You are organized, show up on time, and can manage your daily tasks.

Willingness to Learn:
You don't need to be a tire expert yet—we will teach you what you need to know.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Fluent in
Spanish and English
(verbal and written).
Basic computer skills (email, typing, and searching for information).
Ability to work on-site in Phoenix.
No prior industry experience is required, but any past role involving customer interaction is a plus.
