At MV Transportation, Inc., a leader in public transportation services across North America, we are seeking a skilled Microtransit NTD Transit Data Manager to join our IT & Data Management team. This role is crucial for managing the data integrity and reporting for our microtransit and National Transit Database (NTD) reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and a deep understanding of transit operations to enhance our services and compliance with federal reporting requirements. Oversee the collection, validation, and submission of microtransit and NTD data for federal compliance. Develop and implement management systems for data accuracy and integrity. Liaise with transit operations to ensure data reflects accurate and timely operational metrics. Generate reports and insights that help improve service efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and refine data collection methodologies. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding transit data reporting. Train and support team members on new systems or updates in data management practices. Proficient in data management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of public transit operations and federal transit regulations Certification in Data Management (e.g., CDMP) Familiarity or certification in public transit-related software is a plus
