Paratransit NTD Transit Data Manager Job at MV Transportation in Textile Finance

MV Transportation, Inc., a leader in public transportation services, is currently seeking a Paratransit NTD Transit Data Manager to support our transportation analysis and reporting efforts. This role focuses on leveraging data from our extensive paratransit operations in the U.S. and Canada to ensure compliance and enhance our service delivery. The successful candidate will manage the comprehensive data sets required by the National Transit Database (NTD) and utilize this information to drive improvements and strategic decisions. Develop methodologies for data collection and analysis in compliance with NTD reporting requirements. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required data to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Collaborate with IT and operations teams to enhance data quality and reporting systems. Analyze paratransit and transit data to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for service improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Stay updated with changes in reporting regulations and implement necessary system changes to maintain compliance. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, or statistical software. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights. Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of federal transportation regulations, particularly those related to NTD reporting. Certification in Data Analysis or Project Management (e.g., CAP - Certified Analytics Professional or PMP). Familiarity with NTD reporting requirements is highly advantageous.
