Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed
- Start date February 4th ongoing Locums or Locums to Perm option
- Mon - Friday 6:15a - 2:15p and 12p - 8p, alternating every two weeks
Clinical Details
- Triage and treat as appropriate, Primary Care/Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine for a Corporate Private Practice
- Physicals/Lab Draws
- Average of 10 - 15 Patients Per Shift
- Adult Patients Ages 18 and Older
- EMR: Cority, will train
- Primary Support Staff: NP/PA, 2 RN's, 1 MA
Requirements
- Board Certified Required
- Active PA License and DEA Required
- Must have experience in Primary Care/Urgent Care Settings
- BLS Required
- DOT Certification Highly Preferred (will consider provider without DOT if they have Occ Med/Urgent Care Experience)
- Drive In / Local Candidates Only, will reimburse mileage only
