We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to support HelloFresh’s Corporate HQ teams during an exciting phase of growth and evolution. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic talent partner to the business—owning complex searches, advising stakeholders on hiring strategy, and driving exceptional hiring outcomes. You’ll bring urgency, professionalism, and accountability to every search while helping scale teams that power our business.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate HQ roles across functions including Procurement, Marketing, Product, Culinary, and more.
Lead and own complex, high‑impact searches, often partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Serve as a strategic business partner to hiring managers and HRBPs, developing and executing data‑driven recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Elevate HelloFresh’s employer brand by delivering a best‑in‑class, high‑touch candidate experience across our offices and distribution centers.
Collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring seamless communication and a consistent recruitment and candidate experience regardless of location.
Take a results‑driven approach to recruiting by owning and continuously evolving sourcing strategies for both active and passive talent, leveraging data, market insights, creative outreach, and being accountable to core recruiting metrics and outcomes.
Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress through the funnel, maintaining accurate, clean data to support reporting and insights.

Experience & Education
4+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, ideally with a blend of agency and in‑house corporate experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple, high‑priority searches simultaneously while delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, Taleo, or similar platforms, with a strong focus on data accuracy and pipeline management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders toward effective hiring decisions.
Demonstrated ability to use recruiting metrics and funnel data to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
