Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete scopes on commercial and industrial projects. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy. Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, and equipment costs. Collaborate with project managers and clients during preconstruction. Develop bid strategies and ensure timely submission of proposals. Maintain historical cost data and update pricing models.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of estimating experience in concrete construction. Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and industry standards. Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
