We are looking for highly-skilled craftsmen who can "do it all" while taking excellent care of our clients. Responsibilities:
Perform Residential and Commercial Repairs: Complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for homes and commercial properties. Projects may range from a few hours to two days, including interior and exterior work. Provide Expert Recommendations and Set Clear Expectations: Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs, recommend solutions, and set realistic project scope and costs. Leverage Modern Tools and Technology: Use the latest technology to build estimates, manage jobs, and communicate with clients efficiently. Build Long-Term Customer Relationships: Deliver outstanding service that fosters loyal, repeat clients, following the proven Mr. Handyman Experience. Requirements:
Live within the service area (DuPage County) Have 15+ years of experience as a professional handyman Experience in Light Plumbing, Light Electric, Carpentry, Door/Window Repair, Gutters/Fascia Repair, Deck/Fence Repair, Remodel Own your own tools Be insurable for driving our vehicle Complete a background and driving record check Able to lift 50 pounds independently Work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods Maintain professional appearance and demeanor; maintain company-provided vehicle Benefits and Pay:
The pay is project-based, depending on experience and types of repairs performed. After 60 days, you are eligible for benefits including medical, vision, dental, and AFLAC.
