A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, conduct key litigation activities, and advocate in trials. This role requires a proactive approach to client communication and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
Duties
Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients. Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials. Requirements
Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred. Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts; 10+ preferred. Exceptional communication skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas. Skills
Strong legal acumen and trial advocacy skills. Ability to develop comprehensive case strategies. Proficient in using legal technology and resources. Dedicated office space with case management support. Access to proprietary AI software for demand letter drafting. Expedited access to medical records through in-house services.
