Senior Phlebotomist

Providence Saint John’s Health Center – Santa Monica, CA. Full‑time, 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide phlebotomy services under the supervision of the Cancer Center Leadership Team.
• Assist clinical staff with ancillary tasks, including inventory ordering, receiving, stocking supplies and equipment, and maintaining inventory control.
• Demonstrate professional communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands.

Required Qualifications

• Education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements.
• California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License or California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License.
• 1 year experience as a MA clinical tech.
• 9 months phlebotomy experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) upon hire.

Pay Range

$24.32 – $34.99 per hour; additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, bonuses, and other incentives may be available.
