Phlebotomist Responsibilities Drawing blood and tagging each sample. Working closely with the lab to ensure that the proper samples are delivered for each resident. Delivering excellent customer service, answering resident questions, and acting as a resource for resident information. Strengthening the relationship between the resident and our facility. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience is preferred. Valid state phlebotomy certification. Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent credential.
