Qualifications Education: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Experience: Less than 1 Year of Experience Certification/License/Registration Donor Phlebotomy Tech-ASCP (DPT), Phlebotomy Technician (PBT): Must have a Phlebotomy Tech Cert from one of these agencies: ASCP, NPA, ASPT, NCCT, NHA, AMT, NAHP, AMCA, AAH or ACA.
