Phlebotomist I – Gainesville, FL (Job ID #PB07) Duration: 5 months • Shift: 6:30‑3:30 Mon‑Fri, 6‑1 Sat • Location: Gainesville, FL 32605. Job Description Ability to provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on‑site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric. Flexible and available for staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent – REQUIRED. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training – preferred. Phlebotomy certification – preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Work Experience Minimum of 6 months experience – REQUIRED. One or more year of phlebotomy experience – preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment – preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience – must. Additional Job Details Must list home city/commute time on resume; within 20‑25 minutes to site. Rate based on years of DIRECT PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE listed in resume. Overlapping roles do not count twice. Candidate must have reliable transportation to/from worksite; dropping off by bus, Uber, or rideshare is not reliable.
