Overview Labcorp is hiring a PSC Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center and provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Work Schedule and Location Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm / Huntsville, AL Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, ESP 401(k) available for part‑time employees scheduled Job Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and promptly Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed Travel to additional sites when required Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or prior phlebotomy experience Track record in exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation required Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Apply Today If you are looking for a career that offers growth, development, and the chance to make a real difference, apply today!
