Day shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and other necessary functions while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities Perform blood collections through venipuncture and capillary techniques. Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation using Athena EMR. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns. Work collaboratively with healthcare staff across service areas. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience required. Experience with Athena EMR is preferred. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to cover all service areas. NC licensure preferred; willing to accept temporary or pending licenses.
