Energically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels of the organization to find and deliver exceptional candidates for open vacancies Build the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale Remain resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward—then shepherd their hiring experience with utmost passion and grace Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates, partner with vendors, or collaborate with other organizations Support members of the Recruiting team Collaborate cross‑functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward Qualifications Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience Track record of navigating various obstacles in sourcing and recruiting Ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms; experience with Paradox is a major differentiator Affinity for data and the role its application plays in success Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends Relentless desire to continue learning and growing professionally Compensation Range: $35 - $45 / hour Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees and certifications (e.g., JD/technology).
