Executive/Personal Assistant – Rochester, MI
Harper Associates is looking for a polished, professional Executive/Personal Assistant to support a very busy entrepreneurial family in a beautiful private residence. The role involves managing a wide variety of household and personal matters such as logistics, errands, vendor coordination, schedules, gifting, dog care, travel prep, event planning, and simple meal preparation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics and errands for the family.
Maintain and schedule appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements.
Communicate with vendors, service providers, and household staff.
Prepare simple meals and assist with event and party planning.
Handle gifting, pet care, and travel preparation to bring order and peace of mind.
Qualifications
Tech‑savvy (Google Suite, Trello, calendar tools, mobile apps) and solutions‑driven.
Exceptional organizational, detail‑oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Prior experience managing personal/household matters for an executive or prominent family.
Must reside in the local metro Detroit area.
Hours & Compensation
Full‑time, 40 hours per week with occasional evenings or weekends. Mileage reimbursement, PTO, and a medical stipend are offered.
Base pay range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
