Legal Litigation Secretary We are seeking an experienced Legal Litigation Secretary to join our team in Claremont, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation—from case inception to trial.
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Calendar case-related dates and deadlines.
Prepare, format, and file legal documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all matters.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of Legal Secretary/Assistant experience; 3+ years litigation experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Knowledge of state, federal, and appellate civil procedure, local rules, and statutes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with Appellate Courts and TrialWorks software is a plus.
Legal research experience is a plus.
Benefits Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $95,000, based on experience and education.
