Hobby Lobby is seeking an organized, customer‑service oriented person with leadership experience to join our team as a Frame Shop Manager. We need an enthusiastic individual who will be motivated, responsible, and have the drive to make the most of a career with us.
We are an exciting, everchanging, growing, upscale chain. Hobby Lobby carries a full range of art and craft supplies as well as a large home‑accent department, seasonal merchandise of all varieties, fabric and floral departments. We sell ready‑made frames, open‑wood frames and make custom frames as well as carrying a variety of supplies.
The Frame Shop Manager position is one of hourly store management. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and we are closed on Sunday. Starting range for part‑time: $15.75 – $16.75 per hour.
Duties
Supervising framers
Scheduling hours to stay on payroll budget
Ordering supplies
Ensuring the department is clean and well stocked
Providing excellent customer service
Meeting all framing deadlines
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Merchandise display experience
Basic computer skills
Trustworthy and dependable
Providing previous work references
Previous management experience
Experience at scheduling
