Position Overview You will manage the kitchen back‑of‑house teams, assist the restaurant manager with daily operations, and lead the restaurant’s kitchen management team. Our structured training program gives you confidence and sets you up for success. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service. Assist the restaurant manager in day‑to‑day operations, including inventory, scheduling, and guest relations. Participate in a comprehensive management training program covering operations, customer service, and leadership. Qualifications 1–2+ years of restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
