Overview Join Overnight Direct Care Aide at Lifesteps, Inc. , a 100‑plus year‑old community agency based in Homer City, PA. This full‑time role provides direct care to adults with disabilities in a residential home setting. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including cooking, meal service, hygiene, grooming, and bathing. Prepare and serve meals; clean the kitchen and living areas. Deliver medications and help clients achieve personal care and goal attainment objectives. Transport clients to appointments and community outings, operating a company vehicle as needed. Maintain accurate logs and communicate with the care team. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Physical ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
