• Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week
  • Clinic hours: 7:30 to 4:30 with patients starting to be seen at 8am

  • January: 5-9, 12-16, 26-30
  • February: 23-27
  • March: 2-6, 16-20, 30-April 3
  • April: 13-17
  • May: 4-8
  • June: 22-25, 29-July 3
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
