Join to apply for the Seasonal Test Rider role at BRP We are looking for a Seasonal Test Rider who will report to the Testing Supervisor, and who’ll be tasked with riding prototype vehicles and evaluating vehicle performance and handling. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization’s product development. Key Responsibilities Conduct vehicle testing Execute durability tests and engineering tests on prototype vehicles Evaluate vehicle performance and handling Report all findings back to department leaders Work 30+ hours per week during the peak season Skills, Experience & Competencies Required High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of relevant riding experience Physically able to operate SSV, ATV, and PWC vehicles Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement Ability to listen and execute instructions Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and drive for long periods of time Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Preferred Basic/Intermediate computer skills Basic mechanical skills Benefits Annual bonus based on the company’s financial results 401(k) offering with a dollar‑for‑dollar match Holiday pay BRP US Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability status, veteran status, age, or any other status protected by applicable law.
