Report discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; palletize, wrap, and stage orders for shipment. Follow safety protocols for equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification required). Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and adjust tasks based on operational needs during peak times. Qualifications Required Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly. Comfort working on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented. Willingness to work flexible or extended hours during busy seasons. Preferred Previous warehouse or distribution experience. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems. Forklift certification (plus). Work Environment & Schedule Fast‑paced warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity. Seasonal employment typically ranges from 8–16 weeks, depending on business demand. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
