Seasonal Production Associate

Location: Flint

Pay: $18

Shift: 3:45pm - 12:15am

This position will end in January!

Our client is seeking Seasonal Production Associates to support machine operations and ensure the accurate assembly of documents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a team setting and enjoy hands-on work.

Duties:

• Document Preparation: Organize, sort, and arrange documents according to specifications for processing or mailing
• Hand Assembly: Collate, fold, insert, and label documents with accuracy and attention to quality standards
• Machine Support: Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment to maximize efficiency
• Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections to ensure documents meet requirements for accuracy, completeness, and presentation

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical training in printing, machine operation, or a related field
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing production needs
