POSITION SUMMARY Support of Continuous Improvement at Asante by overseeing & facilitating process improvement projects (PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma), mentoring system and team leaders, and consulting around opportunities for improvement are the position's main focus. QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree in business management, health care management, or related field is required Required Experience 5 years direct professional level work experience in a project leader role to include: Applying performance improvement methodologies, tools and projects (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma) Performing data collection, analysis and presentation for projects Proficiency with Microsoft office applications like Excel, word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ISO 9001.
