+ Oversee agent loaner staff and their productivity.
+ Answer questions from the staff.
+ Support additional staff training.
+ Perform quality review of the team's work.
+ Inform management of team productivity and performance.
+ Write Repair Orders and follow the order through completion.
+ Communicate and coordinate with insurance companies and clients when loaner vehicles are damaged. Oversee each insurance claim through completion.* Coordinate loaner/rental cars to clients in a courteous and prompt manner* Complete loaner/rental contracts thoroughly and accurately* Provide a great delivery of the vehicle, to include inspection and explanation of operation and accessories* Assist in maintaining inventory of loaner/rental vehicles* Answer and route service calls* Stage cars for delivery to customers.* Coordinating with Valets gas in vehicles and car washes* Inspect vehicles for damage and make sure all vehicles have current registration.****What we are looking for:***** Automotive service drive experience preferred.* Excellent communication skills are required.* Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.* Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.* Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).****Company Benefits:***** Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage* Health Savings Account* Company provided life insurance* Paid vacation, sick, and bereavement (Benefit Days UT)* 401(k) with company match* Short and long-term disability insurance* Accident, critical illness, optional life, and hospital indemnity insurance* Employee Assistance Program that offers counseling, financial or legal sessions* Pet Insurance***Schomp Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer******The compensation range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position.
