Your Role: As an
Smart Home Business Development and Sales Advisor , you will be the face of CTL, cultivating strong relationships with
homeowners, builders, architects, and designers
to drive business growth. You’ll leverage your expertise in home automation and smart technology to help clients create intuitive, high-performance spaces. If you have a passion for innovation, sales, and luxury home technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with
clients, architects, builders, and interior designers . Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Conduct consultations and
present tailored technology solutions
that meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to
ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction . Guide clients through the sales process,
answering questions, offering expert advice, and providing technical assistance . Stay ahead of
industry trends and emerging smart home technologies
to provide innovative solutions. Participate in
marketing and outreach efforts
to expand brand presence. Ideal Candidate:
A proactive
self-starter
who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. Strong ability to
take initiative and work independently
while collaborating with a team. Experience in
luxury sales, business development, or home technology consulting
is a plus. A natural relationship-builder with
excellent communication and negotiation skills . A passion for smart home solutions and emerging technology. Ability to
engage high-end clientele
with a consultative, customer-focused approach. Preferred experience working in a design center, kitchen or bath showroom, or shading store , with an understanding of design aesthetics and client expectations in luxury markets. Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + commission and/or performance-based bonuses
