Cook Solutions Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is seeking a Full-Time Installation Technician with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills. The candidate should have a professional attitude and appearance and be able to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture. Responsibilities include installing wires and equipment, responding to service calls, conducting site surveys, performing installation startup, system commissioning, and customer training. Location:

Phoenix, AZ What you’ll do: Install electronic and physical security products. Install and pull wire as per specifications. Manage all installation tools, equipment, and inventory. Test all installed/serviced equipment for performance and compliance. Communicate project status to management and customers. Conduct site surveys as requested. Complete and submit all required paperwork promptly. Maintain organized control of vehicle stock inventory. Keep assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained. Train less experienced employees and trainees. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Access Control experience with Lenel and AMAG. Certification is a plus. Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Physical ability to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 100 pounds occasionally. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Three to five years related experience or military experience.
