Responsibilities: Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers Issue change, receipts, refunds Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Greet customers Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Keep reports of transactions Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction Answer phones and direct their calls to appropriate department Requirements: Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction oriented Work experience as cashier Salary Description $16.50 - $18.00/ HOUR
